By placing an order on our site, you confirm that:

Bullish Golf products are designed for golf-related recreational use only.

Our Power Holster™, magnetic mounts, chargers, and accessories:

  • Must be used as directed

  • Should never interfere with safe operation of a golf cart

  • Should not be modified or altered

Bullish Golf is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit quantities of any order

  • Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive

If a charge is declined or reversed, your order may be canceled or delayed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

Bullish Golf is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Requested within the return window and fall within the scope of terms stated on our Returns Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Bullish Golf products are sold “as is” and “as available,” except where otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Bullish Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for device damage, lost data, or lost rounds caused by product use

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds

…if we detect:

  • Abuse of return policies

  • Chargeback fraud

  • Reseller manipulation

  • Automated or bot purchasing

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
